Today's show will include an interview with Jessica Reynolds from Markyate, who is running this year's London Marathon with her friend Lauren Morris in aid of the charity Toybox. The interview will be in the second hour of the show, from 5pm - 6pm.
The show will also include the usual mix of great music, local news, current affairs, on this day in history, famous birthdays and a look at our What's On guide.
