On todays show we heard from Val Chapman of Christian Aid
- St Albans Branch. This group works to fundraise for Christian Aid with an annual collection. The money then goes to Christian Aid who are working internationally to help individuals, groups and communities overseas.
Nationally, Christian Aid is currently running various projects and campaigns and wants to put an end to poverty. To end poverty, Christian Aid is challenging the causes of poverty, not just the symptoms. You can get involved with Christian Aid locally through a
