On the show today we heard from Michelle Hart from the Centre for Voluntary Services (CVS) in St Albans. This organisation works with local community organisations offering advice and guidance on getting funding, low cost training and helps find volunteers.
The CVS also helps members of the public find voluntary work - whether it's to boost your CV, try something new or improve your skills, the CVS has over 400 current opportunities and can match you up with a suitable position.
